If you see the following error:
A recent update has added new password requirements to Brightree logins, you must now use 2 non-alphanumeric characters in your password. Please use a password with at least 2 characters that are not numbers or letters, some of these valid characters include #, %, +, !, and $. For example if your previous password was Carsarecool23! adjusting it to something like Carsarecool#23! will fix this issue.
If you see the following error:
Please ensure you have a password of at least 8 characters, so if the password you are attempting to use is C@rs23! (which is 7 characters) you will need a password that is longer, a password like Carsarecool#23! would fix this issue.
