1: Click on Patients.
2: Click on Add Patients (you will use this tab for referrals as well)
3: Fill out the patient or referral's information. If a referral, please use a generic DOB.
NOTE: "Patient Consent" MUST be left on "Not Consented." Modification of this by Quipt Staff, in any way, is a violation of policy standards and is audited to maintain compliance.
4: From the dropdown under "Select Provider", make sure to select your company or business unit.
5: Click on CHATS on the left side menu.
6: Search by the patients name to send a text message.
